Fees & Referrals

Fees

Fees are charged only after your trial period has ended in the pro rata portion of the given session.

Fees are charged quarterly.

Team Quarterly
Splashball™  $600 ($200 Monthly)
Coed 10u  $900 ($300 Monthly)
Boys & Girls 12u & 14u  $900 ($300 Monthly)
Boys& Girls 16u & 18u  $900 ($300 Monthly)

* Please note, monthly fees & tournament fees are non-refundable.

Blackout, Holidays, Cancellation Dates

As a general rule, we follow the Capistrano Unified School Calendar and Federal Holidays with regard to days off during the year.  Again, as a general rule, if Capistrano Unified does not have school for a Holiday, we don’t have practice. These are ideal times to plan a family vacation:
• Labor Day weekend
• Thanksgiving week
• December/Winter break
• MLK weekend
• Presidents’ Day weekend
• Spring break
• Memorial Day weekend
• August (after JOs in late July) through the first day of school
For San Juan Hills High School – Practice may be canceled or rescheduled if times conflict with a High School event at the pool.  These are reflected on the Home and Practice & Tournament Schedule pages.
OCPWC Player fees take into account practice cancellations and days off for Federal holidays, HS games, pool maintenance, weather/water temperature issues, and breaks, whether scheduled or unplanned. Refunds are not given for any of the aforementioned days. Practice times and locations are subject to change.
A Quick Note About Vacation Times
THE BEST TIME TAKE VACATION during the summer months is in August.  The worst time to take a vacation is July as July is a critical training month for athletes competing in the USA Water Polo’s Junior Olympics.
There is a four (4) week break after Junior Olympics for OCWPC.  It is best to plan your summer travel plans during that window of time. Don’t forget – If your athlete hopes to compete in the Junior Olympics, then they MUST also compete in the JO Qualifier event in JUNE (check your schedule for details).  This is a USA Water Polo requirement.

Anyone who refers a player who signs up for a session is eligible for $50 credit off their next month’s payment!

We are also offering $50 off for the first sibling and $100 off for the second sibling who registers for a full training session.
